Tony has been representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers since 2006. Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate World, Tony co-founded and ran the Family Restaurant business in his hometown of Warrenton, MO. It is here that he learned to put his Clients interest  first.
 

Tony has been responsible for portfolios of 1 Million Square Feet as well as Individual Investment properties for his wide variety of  clients. In 2017 he was proud to receive his CCIM designation in Commercial Real Estate.   
 

When not working Tony likes to spend time with his wife and sharing their passion for travel with their children. Exploring different  cultures has always been a passion and he hopes to pass that on to his son and daughter.

Greg is responsible for building relationships and consulting with Accountants, Attorneys,Lenders, Financial Advisors and Real Estate Investors on the various concepts and advantages of the IRS Section 1031 and Commercial Real Estate including Investment, Farms and Businesses. 

He has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2003, and gives lectures and conducts speaking engagements at numerous accountant, attorney and real estate companies and organizations. Greg is one of Missouri's leading instructors on the subject of 1031 Exchanges, delivering over 50 Continuing Education classes to over 5,000 real estate professionals for CE credit across the state of Missouri.
